American Home Finding Association, founded in 1899, is a nonprofit agency providing adoption and foster care for children, family counseling, maternal child health program, emergency shelter for adolescents, mediation services and foster grandparent program. It is a licensed adoption agency finding adoptive homes for both infants and children with special needs and offers private counseling for individuals and families. The agency also provides adoptive parent home studies and updates and post-placement supervision.
