Me and my daughter went in to the store house shop we look in there books send some furniture i like the son ack like he was going to order it and we will get it Friday i start looking at the time no phone call are anything we went by therer they was close down im very upset i gave them cash money i need help putting them in jail i want my money ppl was coming in the store ther daddy was help ppl and take money they money its said how it went down please if anyone nose how to help putting daddy and son in jail we work to hard for my money

1-star- After delays of 30+days & unfulfilled promises to replace a recently purchased, defective recliner-sofa, I contacted the manufacturer (major). who revealed that this retailer is not an authorized retailer & so cannot deliver on the mfr's warranty. Only hope is that the mnfctr'r will provide the warranty service directly as the retailer cannot & has not provided.



Immediately, the recliner-mechanism began operating improperly. The store was immediately notified via email. For a 5 days their emails indicated the problem would be corrected.



After 5 days, the emails stopped & I had to call them to see if any progress was being made in the warranty claim. Their excuses & delays become less credible & less tolerable. Their tone then became more hostile & indifferent when I expressed my disappointment & incredulity for their behavior.

I went here 4 years ago and Dave helped us with our furniture. Now we

bought our new Home and Dave was amazing, so humble and sweet. I would not

shop ANYWHERE else, my furniture had a scratch on the couch and he offered to

totally replace it; we end up just getting it fixed and he took care of that!
