very poor customer service

Bill is the biggest LIAR i have ever met! Stay away from him. He will try to give u a good deal then you ll end up receiving a letter from a collection agency saying you owe him more $ after the premium was paid in full and policy ended. Stay away from this typical white low life agent. thats trying to make a living selling insurance and ripping people off!!! i called many times to resolve my problem, he didn't care told me to call 800 # they were clueless what i was talking about....Bill is very unprofessional. Needs to go get business education.
