Very disappointed in their work and service!!!!!! by Greg A - 01/16/2009I had an engine replaced in an extended cab Chevrolet 4x4. After only six months and less than 4000 miles the intake manifold gasket leaked anti freeze into the oil, and I mean it was a very bad leak. I called to see about the warranty which was 3 years and unlimited miles. they will not answer my phone calls after the third time that i called them to try to get them to fix it. They must have caller ID as they seem to not want to talk to me about how to resolve this matter!!!!!
BEWARE!! by Unhappy Customer - 12/20/2007ALL American Engine X-Change locations are owned by a man named Bob Johnson. I recently had an engine replaced, and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get my car back. I called Bob to let him know I was dissatisfied with his service, and he didn't even TRY to make things better! They are condescending, rude, and unprofessional! Another group of mechanics who give the rest of them a bad name!
