VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING by
The members of our association trusted for many years the "Professionals" of the American Condominium Management.As it turned out were wrong with our judgement. We got false legal advices. The Management could never find the proper Condominium documents.Therefore they could not give them to new unit owners or tenants. They said yes to a lease without informing the BOD. They could not handle so called difficult unit owners. They could never explain why some unit owners had wrong figures in their maintenance accounts. We never got a detailed summary of what the insurances payed for the damage of hurricane Charley. We seldom got a reply when we called the management. They seldom controlled the property visually.We could continue with a long list of what the management should have done. One star only because there isn't negative ratings available. Susan Case and company are clowns that will run your property into the ground. These losers will have your property looking like Section 8 housing in weeks after taking charge of your property. Our condos hired them to be our mgmt company and it has gone down hill fast. Beware, don't let these crooks any where near your property. You've been warned.
Impressive Service by
As a real estate agent representing a home owner, I recently contacted American Condo Management with questions from a potential buyer. The rep I spoke to was very polite and asked me to stay on the line while she tried to find the answer. She immediately searched the docs until she was able to find the answers and the location in the condo docs for reference. I'm not used to that kind of service from other condo management companies and was quite impressed with the quick answers I received.Deb in Cape Coral
Bad Service...... Bad Company by
Dictator type of attitude and management style. Selective HOA rules enforced as they see fit and NOT as they are written in the bylaws, Phone calls never retuned, emails never answered, repairs to the property takes weeks to address and repair. There are many other QUALITY property management companies in the area that will do you a good job and that are resident friendly.

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone looking for a company to manage your property. It takes forever to get a return call, unless your behind in your fee's, then they call you immediately. They have lost or misplaced the keys to our property twice. They have missed appointments to meet contractors more than once which resulted in minimum service call fee's. I think you would be better off handing your keys to the kid next door than this group. I don't think they are very organized and everyone seems to be in a state of chaos whenever I need something done. Even simple questions result in strange responses. During a normal property check, they found an outside light out which resulted in a separate fee, like they had to drive all the back to the office and get a light bulb! We switched to Aubuchon two weeks ago and haven't regretted it yet! Much more professional company to work with.
