Terrible will never use again if I ever get my clock back.can't get in touch with store,always closed no answering service.go over to store when he says he's open but place closed.Never take a clock to them again.Rude on top of everything else!wanted 400.00 without even checking out clock!

We used this company to have two clocks oiled and the chiming sequence fixed on one of them. Total time spent was a half an hour max. We were charged 200.00. They are price gouging due to lack of sales. I would strongly recommend that this company be avoided. Charging this much for doing almost nothing lacks proper business ethics. AVOID!!!!
