They called and set their appt to repair my central air unit with a _1_ hour window (on a Saturday)

They showed up on time!

They diagnosed the problem almost immediately (missed by the previous repair service).

It clearly should have been caught by the other guys who had been out twice.

He didn't stop there but looked over the wiring and found a couple of poor/worn connections - and fixed them. He also checked out the coolant charge – basically being thorough.

Pleasant guy with a great attitude.

Wrapped up and was done is less than 45 minutes.



What can I say - they did what they said they would do with professionalism and thoroughness.

I recommend them.

I have used american air for seven years now.. Very happy with there service and the lady on the phone is incredible! Very helpful and always trying to help me save money and always gave me good advise on repairs. I have eleven apartment units and american air services all of them. This keeps all my tenants happy as well as the wife at home.. Cant be too cold or too hot.. I never hope to call them, but i do if i need to!

These people are great from the minute they answer the phone until the minute the tech finishes his job and prices are very fair.

When I first called the lady who answered the phone seemed to know what she was talking about (no answering machines and no answering service operator). Very hands on. My experiance with the tech justy made me feel very comfortable. He found the best and most feesible way to take care of the service needed. No overly aggressive sales techniques, just your very rare honest, very experienced no bull jo. I would absolutley reccomend to my friends and family without a worry and I can still afford a movie and dinner this weekend. Great work guys!
