New to the area I called in to check out this vets.At first I was suitably impressed with the smart greeting/retail area and the neat appearance of the staff.However, on requesting a visit behind the scenes to see the boarding facility I was disappointed and frankly upset at the standard and condition of the pet boarding area. Although kept relatively clean it was dismal, with rusted mesh etc and small kennel sections. The dogs do not get to go outside they are merely put in a separate set of indoor pens which are not large enough for any real exercise at all. I could never dream of leaving any of my dogs here for one day, let alone a full week or more. What a real shame that the luxury appearance front of house is not carried through to where it matters most. Needless to say I will not be registering my pets here.

I am a Dog Walker and Pet Sitter and brought one of my clients over for a emergency check up because the dog was having some food issues. The staff was polite, friendly and took care of me right away. They called my Clients mom and told her the information on her dog and handled all the billing with care and sincerity.
