I called on Friday afternoon (9/4) and requested this firm to come clean our office carpets over the long Labor Day holiday weekend. To my complete surprise the owner Rick quoted me a fantastic flat rate price over the phone and said I'll call you 30 minutes before I arrive the next day in the afternoon. I thought to myself this deal is too good to be true!!Well Saturday afternoon came, Rick calls me when he said and arrived shortly thereafter at my office establishment. He was extremely professional, no extra fees or any other BS! He and his assistant were in and out the door within 60 minutes. They insisted on doing carpeted spaces I didn't even want done just to make the overall job look great! I went over to my office this morning (9/6/09) to check out the now dried carpets. THEY LOOK GREAT! Call this firm they are terrific and I will most certainly refer them to my business associates and friends in the future.. Once again Dex Online provided a quick solution to my problem!

Rick just left after his 3rd visit, and once again I'm impressed. The quality of service is outstanding, especially when his prices are so reasonable. He even moved the fridge to clean the tile behind it without my asking. He's also very professional, calling if there's a hiccup in scheduling - a courtesy all too often lacking these days. I had carpets cleaned here in the Valley for 19 years, and Rick's absolutely the best!

Rick called ahead of our scheduled time to advise that he was running a bit late from the previous job. No problem, glad I was called in advance.

When Rick showed up he did everything right. He was courteous, professional, and very nice to my dog Charlie. He pre-treated the carpet and then began soaking the tile floors while his employee setup the heavy machinery. Within 2 hours the entire house was done and it's never looked better.

Rick is a perfectionist. He went over a couple of "ugly" carpet spots more than once to make sure they looked up to his standard and they did look great in the end.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Amazing Cleaning to anyone.

By the way, the total price came $50 under the phone estimate so that shows you he is fair and honest. He won't overcharge you-- stop looking at other competitors and choose Amazing. You'll be glad you did.

Rick cleaned both the tile and the carpet of a rental home of mine...wow ! I thought I was going have to replace the carpet but amazing got it clean! The 6 year old tile & grout was black and it now looks brand new.They even cleaned behind the frig.Thanks for a great job.
