We hired Chuck to move one dresser, one couch and one small dining room table with four chairs. His initial greeting wasn't exactly friendly but wasn't a concern. We have cats. I guess he has a problem with cats. He started spraying air freshener on everything. He looked at me and said something like if this isn't okay we won't do it, meaning doing the job. Having worked in an industry that involved going to customers houses I know that as a matter of professionalism one should NEVER insult a customer.
