When preparing to replace the siding for my house, I lined up 5 different quotes from multiple companies. The Aluminum Company of North Carolina easily won my business over the others bc they were professional, answered all my questions, and ranked in the top two for both affordability and quality of product.

Once the job began, communication was very easy between me and the crew. They answered questions as I went, were respectful during work, and the quality of the work was exactly what I hoped for. They completed the work quickly and competently and I could not be happier with my decision. Great work for the price plus you're working with amazing people the whole time.

Additional bonus for how respectfully they worked with me as a single female homeowner. Not once was I talked down to, like I didn't know what I was talking about, or like there should be a male presence there to sign off on anything. EXACTLY what I look for in a service provider.

We recently had all of the windows in our house replaced by The Aluminum Co. of NC and are very please with them. Each person I spoke with from the beginning to the end was attentive and took all the time I needed to ask questions and they gave me detailed answers. I was given the owners direct phone number and was told I was welcome to call him or anyone in their company at any time. The windows are beautiful and were installed efficiently and they even offered to rehang curtains and move any furniture back in place that had been necessary to move during the installation. I couldn't be more pleased with their company and/or the windows.

We had windows and a storm door installed in late 2014, and we have been very pleased with the workmanship, the warranty, everything. They were very professional, they completed a wonderful job in a timely manner and the quality of my windows is exceptional. I have had several other companies out that could not do the job. Even the owner of the company, Jeff Monsein, called me to keep me updated on my project. I will recommend them to everyone because of the good experience that I've had.

We inerviewed a bunch of companies and the Aluminum Co was the best and we chose them because of Bill Cramer our salesman. They were all very professional and they had great communication. I would give them a 10 out of 10!

Matt was great. He identified our service issue and was very professional. Dallas our salesman has been 100% business. It feels like he is part of the family and he is wonderful to do business with. Now we have a very attractive sunroom and dining room. We have not had one bad experience with anyone from the Aluminum Company.

The Aluminum Company delivers exactly what is promised in their advertisements. The crews are outstanding, the sites are kept spotless, everyone is professional and the workmanship is top quality. They are a great company to work with. It says a lot about the customer value when the owner of the company gets on the phone to ask you about your experience. I will definately use them again in the future!

We've had the Aluminum Co install vinyl siding,shutters,gutters,replacement windows and porch railings. We've never had a problem. The products are very good and the installation and service personnel are very professional. They stand behind their warranty and I have absolutely no complaints with this company.

I know it was quite a ways for them to drive everyday to complete my job but they did a wonderful job! We had an enclosure done, windows and doors and the installers showed the utmost respect and gratitude while being at our house. They cleaned up behind themselves and left nothing to do except enjoy it.

We had a door and window installed by the Aluminum Co of NC. The quality of the product and workmanship is so good that I will never use another company for my exterior work. Dallas our salesman was very professional and Danny our installer was excellent.

The Aluminum Company has always been very professional, very quick and have always followed through. We've always had a good experience working with them and they do a good job.

When I first called about my project, Danny Newman followed up with me immediately. He came to the house and took the time to show me samples of the various finishes. I never felt rushed or pressured. The service was excellent. Everyone came when they said they would. They called before they arrived. They knew exactly what to do and do it well. The yard was kept clean and they even swept off the front porch when they finished the door installations. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and expected. Everything looks great!

I hope you’re sitting down when you read this review because it will COMPLETELY knock you off your feet. You will not believe it…..but it is indeed true.



I purchased a 36 year old house last year. 5 of the windows were in bad shape. The seals on the windows had busted and they got cloudy..so cloudy you couldn’t see through the windows.



I had a Raleigh Based company (not Aluminum Company of NC) come out to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace these windows.

This company examined the windows and said, “I would love to take your money but these windows have a lifetime warranty on them through American Aluminum Company of North Carolina.” I explained to the salesman that I did not buy the windows…and that I had only lived in the house a year. The salesman suggested I call Aluminum Company of North Carolina to see if they would still honor the warranty even though the previous owners were likely responsible for buying the windows. He told me that if they didn’t honor the warranty, the cost for him to replace the windows would be $1,800.00.



I called Aluminum Company and spoke to a guy named AJ..who was a manager. I explained my situation to him and he said, “No problem, we’d be glad to replace them free of charge!!!” I was floored. AJ then proceeded to tell me that the windows had been purchased in 1999 by the people BEFORE my previous owners! SO BASICALLY 11 YEARS LATER…AND 3 OWNERS LATER…. ALUMINUM COMPANY OF NC HONORED THE WARRANTY AND COMPLETELY REPLACED ALL THE WINDOWS FREE OF CHARGE!



I still cannot believe how fortunate and blessed I am! I cannot get over the generosity of Aluminum Company of NC!!! I don’t know of anyone or any company that would have done this!!! They owed me NOTHING…and yet they did this out of the goodness of their heart.



I should also tell you that the installation of the new windows went smoothly. A guy named Reid came out and put brand new windows in. What a professional. I am definitely a very very blessed woman!!!
