Steve Lammert by myself - 04/16/2009Complaint Description:I bought a radio for my older car and was told that because it was an older car it might cost an extra $16.00 to install. I called and made an appointment for Tuesday between 12:00 and 3:00pm. My wife went in and they did not recall making the appointment even after I asked them if they could be more specific on the time frame. When I stated I did not feel my wife would want to wait three hours they blew me off. My wife made a time specific appointment for 4:00 Thursday April 16.They told her it would cost $50.00 to install my radio because it was too small. No one ever stated anything above the $16.00 they told me. The contract states no returns so I have been scammed. If I want this radio I have already paid the fee and they want more than the price quoted!
