Alpine Health Care is a Utah based, locally owned company that provides a full range of health care services including Home Care and Hospice.
The staff at Alpine is committed to delivering superior, compassionate care in the comfort of the patient's home, or in the least restrictive alternative setting where the patient's needs can be fully met.
Our primary goal is to exceed the expectations of each of our patients and their families by understanding individual needs and seeking to meet those needs with the greatest courtesy, compassion and professionalism.
Home Health Services:
If you or a loved one needs help following a surgery, a hospital stay or a period of illness, home health care might be just what you are looking for. Our licensed nurses, therapists, and certified nurse's aids can come directly to your home to help with skilled medical needs such as physical, speech, and occupational therapy, intravenous therapy, diabetic teaching and insulin administration, wound care, colostomy and catheter care, social services, and help with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication assistance and light housekeeping.
Whether you live in a private residence or a senior living community, we can help you get back on your feet. Nursing services are available twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Our clinicians make scheduled intermittent visits but are available to provide support in the case of an emergency.
Hospice Services:
When a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure oriented treatments, Alpine Hospice can provide special patient care that will focus on providing comfort and support to patients and their families. Our staff utilizes their specialized knowledge to improve the quality of a patient's remaining time, providing physical comfort and emotional support to patients and families. Hospice services are available as early as six months prior to an expected passing. The benefits of hospice can best be maximized when implemented early on.
When you choose Alpine Hospice you will receive the services of a supportive team of professionals to help you address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of you and your loved ones. Nursing services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Members of the team make scheduled intermittent visits but are available to provide support on an emergency basis if needed.
In addition to state licensing, many of our physicians and nurses are also nationally certified in hospice and palliative care.
