Alpine Auto Glass ignores federal law and continually violates the Federal Do Not Call Registry. They have been calling my home for years. They change the phone number each time, so if you block one number the next will ring thru. They do not identify themselves on the caller ID, instead they list "Out Of Area" so you have to answer the phone to find out who is calling. I have repeatedly asked them to be removed from their call lists and they keep calling. Its to the point of harassment now. I have reported them to the FCC and I have also reported them to the Minnesota Attorney General. I suggest everyone does the same.



Ask yourself if you want to do business with a company that habitually breaks the law and harasses people in their homes?

Got a phone call from these guys to replace a windshield, they guaranteed the lowest price, made an appointment a month ahead of time, since my husband is an over-the-road truck driver and isn't home on weekends, he took time off to have the truck available for installation. I called the day before the appointment, and the guy couldn't confirm our appointment saying the schedule wasn't finished yet. I had stressed the importance of replacing the windshield, it becomes a DOT issue. I finally reached someone, he then proceeded to tell me it was going to be too cold the next day to replace it, although they reassured temperature wouldn't be a problem. Ultimately, if I wouldn't have been able to find a replacement installer, my husband would have a lost a whole weeks work, by having to give up his dispatched load, as he heads out Early Mondays and usually doesn't return until early saturday. It could have cost us a lot of revenue. Do Not use this company, an overall, terrible company,

I also just received a telemarketing call from them. I asked why I was getting sales calls when I was on the "Do Not Call" List. The woman stated she wasn't selling anything. I stated I had no dealings with their company and that this was an illegal call and she immediately hung up.

I had a window replaced due to a rock from the road. The first time they came out there was air coming through. It took weeks to get them back out, when they came out they only replaced the seal. The air was still coming through. It took almost a month to get them back out again and they only came when I said I had another car that needed a new windshield. They replaced the windshield this time and put a new windshild in our other car. This time they did not put the outside strip back on the window, now there is a huge gap all the way around the window where the seal should go. Several weeks later they came out again just to argue with my husband and tell him the Honda CRV doesn’t have an outside seal on the window. This is absurd because all cars have one and the gap is not standard on any car. They refused to let us talk to any one else and have not returned a phone call in 2 weeks. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE THEM if you value your car, safety, time and sanity!

Very Very poor service. I hate to write a bad review of someone, but everyone needs to know not to hire these people. Vey shoddy work, and they also left my interior a complete mess and scratched my car on the outside. They sent some guy out with a cell phone camera and then sent me a letter saying the scratches were not from them. Well, they weren't there before. Please think twoce before hiring this company. They do not stand behind their work.
