How long ago were you in? I acquired the business 7/15/09, so it's been just over a year now. If you had this problem shortly after the ownership change, that would have been a year ago now. When I acquired the business, there were no "new" employees and I would not have made such an excuse. Had there been any flaws pointed out, they would have been addressed immediately. We stand behind our work.I should also say that if it was in the first few weeks of my tenure, it's possible I was still figuring it all out and it's possible there were some things missed. Having said that, they still would have been addressed on the spot. It's entirely possible that your experience was prior to my ownership. The owner from whom I purchased the business owned it for less than a year and, sadly, neglected it, so I would not be at all surprised if you were treated as you say.I will not claim that we are perfect, but we do stand behind our work. We don't miss much, but if we do miss something,we take care of it.
