I called Alltech on a Thursday with what I thought was an impossible data recovery task. They came to my location that same day, made an on-site recovery attempt, and ended up taking a disk and piece of equipment off site to work on them further. I got a phone call from Wayne the next morning informing that my valuable data had been successfully recovered, and he brought the disk and equipment back to me that day.

On-site assistance, quick turn-around and excellent results.

I own a small consulting company and recently my office lost its phone systems. By the time I found the Alltech guys and gave them a call it was 4:00 in the afternoon. I thought for sure I was in trouble and would not be able to get anything fixed for days. Several other companies that I called told me it would be at least a day or 2 until they could get a man to my office. Not Alltech, they had a man to my office in an hour to size up my situation. Not only did they think they could get me a system set up the next day but, that they would be able to find me a great deal in one. The price was fair, the people they sent were professional and knowledgeable and the equipment was state of the art. Not only did they fix my phone systems issue but they also installed wireless and fixed a couple of computer/network issues that have nagged me for weeks one of which my old computer tech. could not figure out.
When I heard that I could rate them I jumped at the idea. Worth the call.

I had a business associate recommend these guys in an emergency and they showed up the same day, found a solution that I could afford and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction.

Not only was I satisfied but they took the time to make sure I understood what my alternatives were and what they were doing every step of the way. I have now used them for computer repair, to install a phone system and to rewire my office. On top of all that I found that they were so good at what they do I am now bringing them in on a service contract.

If you have a home office or small office this is your one spot to call.

I use them over and over and am thrilled to give this shop my highest recommendation.
