Janice is confused. She did not use Allstar Metro Movers, LLC he used Allstar Moving and Storage, Inc. aka Allways Moving and Storage.

Dont use these crooks, Gave one price over the phone and the bill was almost double. Damaged items and dont want to pay to fix them. Bad Bad Bad experience withthese guys. Dont use!!!!!! Janice

Don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about - her or she obviously used some other company and is just confused.

We could have not received better service from Allstar. Their relocation specialists that we spoke to on the phone were extremely courteous and could not have been more helpful. We received a written confirmation outlining everything including the price. They also sent a punch list of things to do to prepare for moving. They called the day before and let us know the window of arrival for the movers. Their movers arrived exactly on time and were very professional with a want to please attitude. They arranged our furniture and boxes where we asked them to be placed. They did ask for payment before they started unloading but this is what all the moving companies that we have used do as a standard practice. We have used other local moving companies that were average to good but Allstar was by far the best. We recommend Allstar very highly.

I was in the military for 30 years and moved too many times to count. After retiring to the valley we rented a home while ours was being built. The van line companies were too expensive so we started calling around to the local movers. When calling around we were disappointed in the caliber of people that we were speaking with - guys on cell phones or rude phone clerks who acted like it was an imposition talking with us. Then we reached Allstar - what a pleasant change. The relocation specialist could not have been more pleasant and informative. As stated by previous reviewers we were even given information about how to choose a moving company and protect ourselves. These people actually care about their customers and want them to be informed! Their movers were clean, polite, hard working and very helpful. Our friends learned a costly lesson using a $65/hr. outfit. They had alot of damage and a big bill! Allstar is a stand-up company with fair prices and great service.

From the very first call to Allstar when we were shopping prices we knew this was a professional company. The service person asked questions and gave us information to help us to prepare for our move. She even gave us information to help protect us from some of the unreputable companies that are out there. We received a guaranteed price quote and after we scheduled with them we received a written confirmation document. The movers were exactly on time, clean, courteous, helpful and very careful with our furniture. The price was exactly what we were quoted. Everytime we called with questions prior to our move a live customer service person actually answered the phone (even on weekends) and was very willing to help us. Allstar is a first rate company that takes pride in there business and obviously takes customer service very serious. Their pricing is very fair for the level of service and piece of mind that they provide. We highly recommend this company.
