Our founder of All Over Media, was one of the early pioneers of the alternative Out-Of-Home media industry, which started back in the late 1980's. During this same time period, conventional Out-Of Home (billboards and bus shelters) have thrived thanks to innovations in printing, vinyls, and consistencies of billboard dimensions. While still a smaller % of the $300 billion+ spent in overall media, Out-Of-Home today represents an over $8 billion industry, and is the second fastest growing segment, behind the Internet.
Over the last 20+ years, we have seen non-traditional / alternative media actually become the fastest growing segment of this Out-Of-home world. Although, restroom or indoor advertising, enjoyed this non-traditional status on an exclusive level for many years, this rapidly growing industry now consists of a myriad of ad media choices, ranging from ads on pizza boxes, coffee cups, and dry cleaning bags; to ads on gas pumps, ice boxes, and garbage cans; to even ads on parking meters, turnstiles, and golf carts. This does not even begin to touch the rapid emergence of digital technology making its way into nearly every segment of the media industry, nor the endless opportunities to create one hit wonder concepts that are pushed into reality.

In 2002, we recognized that the non-traditional media industry was certainly here to stay, and was growing faster than anyone could imagine.
