Hold times are long. Customer service reps are rude!! Waiting over two weeks now for a simple can size change and to pick up the green food waste container that caused an ant infestation.

On April 18th at 1:25 p.m. I called customer service to have my yard waste resumed and a container delivered. I finally disconnected the call at 1:40 p.m.!! This is obviously unacceptable...terrible customer service!
