CANCELS AT TIME OF APPT.....took the entire day off to be here at 1-2..then they said 1-2:30...then they call at 1:00 to cancel...not only did I take the day off but I have to run up and do all kinds of things to the tank to get it to run....

BAD BUSINESS...they offered nothing but another apt. another day
