Better rates than online, good service.

Better rates than the highly advertised companies you see all the time. (Amazing how much cheaper things are when the company isn't spending millions on ads with talking lizards.). I checked the online sites and they are way more expensive than what Allgrunn insurance found for me, with the same coverage.Nice people, I've never had any problems getting them on the phone, very friendly in person.

I've had my insurance with Allgrunn for the past 10 years. I went to look up their number on dex and was bothered by the negative comment I saw there. I love the people who work there and they have always treated me with respect and in a very friendly way. They've gone out of their way to find the best rates for me year after year. They obviously want and more importantly, want, my business.I would recommend them to anyone (and have . . .)

Absolutely awful service

I was looking for an insurance agent who would be upfront and helpful with this mess that we call buying car insurance. What I got from this company was a quick quote disregarding any of the things that I actually needed, like more than the absolute minimum liability insurance offered. When I tried to get another set of quotes with the coverage that I actually needed, this company did not return my e-mails and put me on hold endlessly. I would definitely NOT suggest this company. The point of having an agent is defeated when they cannot even return phone calls or e-mails at the onset. I hate to think how they would behave in the case of a real emergency or accident
