Patty is an absolute joy to work with. I have never had anything professionally framed before but needed a Canvas wedding painting of my wife and I framed in time for our 1 year anniversary (which was 3 days away). I spoke with Patty for 10 mins on the phone where she explained to me what type and where I could get an open back frame that would fit my artwork because 3 days was not enough time to make one internal at her shop. She consistently texted me when I needed to send additional dimension information to ensure everything would be perfect when I arrived at her shop. As soon as I arrived she was welcoming and professional. She is a skilled artist and craftsman who seamlessly completed my project as I watched. Patty then a couple of days later even followed up to see how my wife liked the surprise! Patty is the reason why small businesses are so important.
