Provided by YP.comIncredibly rude customer service. Girl behind the counter refused to acknowledge me although i was the only one in the store and when she finally did, it was only with a rude stare. When asked to print a simple file she claimed it was corrupted even though Selby's had printed from the same file earlier and I was able to print without a problem at copycats later. Every question I asked seemed to be a huge burden on her day. Its a shame they do not realize the potential business they could accrue with graphic design students from MSU. I will not waste my money here ever again and will not be recommending this business to anyone.
