they have no clue, i looked like my 10 year old applied them!!!!! had to have them applied twice no better the second time around only more glue used. the girls applying the lashes had beautiful lashes and I asked them if that was nova lashes and they both said no that their lashes were glue on from walmart, real good advertising guys!!!!! they do not ask what you want or what you expect. $150.00 for and hour and a half and nothing to show for it a week later. I Asked what training they had I was told they went to a one day class in Colorado.

My travel partner and I got stuck in Cheyenne due to the flooding in Colorado. We decided to pamper ourselves since we didn't have anything else to do, so did a spa search. We ended up at All that Jazz with no prior expectations. The facials were the best we've ever had--we do this often-- and the massages were really nice too. The facilities are very welcoming. The staff treated us like special guests, and even asked if we needed referrals for something to do after our services. I would recommend their spa services to anyone.

I have gone in several times for a massage, never leave feeling sorry I did. Very relaxing and Jeremiah is always professional. I tell everyone and anyone who will listen they need to go see Jeremiah on a weekly basis. Can't get enough of the hot stone massage, that is my favorite. If you want relaxing, deep tissue, gentle touch; it doesn't matter what your looking for just let Jeremiah know and he will do a great job.

Went in for my brows and a trim and was disappointed. They change staff frequently, and I also think the girl who last trimmed me was drunk. I have since switched to another salon in town, and from what I was told, it is a big no no to serve liquor. I didnt mind this...champane was awesome. I did mind however, my service being botched because my girl was a little tipsy. It is a beautiful salon, but that is the only thing it has going.

Let me tell you about this place....Greed and Lies ...poor ownership and they don't care how hard they work their stylist ....staff rarely even allowed a lunch break.its all about the bottom dollar (how many can they push through and numerous appointments never get on the appointment calendar. Spend your money at a salon that really cares about you. I was let go because i failed to be their plumber, electrician, and janitorial staff.i owned a salon for 15 yrs and proudly can say 9 staff members stayed and worked for me the entire duration.Miserable place to work...just ask their staff

I have had two hair appointments with the owner, Jalainna, and loved the way she cut and styled my hair each time! Yes, Jalainna may be quiet, but that is ok with me. I want to relax and enjoy my experience at the salon instead of having someone talk my ear off. I also love the product she uses in my hair and it smells SO good. I will be back, for sure! At All That Jazz customer service is our top priority. As a busy owner I have stylists assist me throughout the day. I do have to cover for other stylists who are either running behind or who cannot make thier shift. I concentrate on your hair and the work I perform so I may seem quiet at times. I am very thorough in all of my consultations and give my clients my best advice from start to finish. I have several years of being a color specialist and I have never gotten such a negative response. However I appreciate your feedbacks. I continue my learning every day. Also new socail media is one of the ways we do business.
The worst expierence ever with the owner of All That Jazz

All that JAzz....i called and asked for the most expierence hair dresser about 2 weeks ago and they said i could get right in with the salon owner. I was very excited because all the ladies in my were talking about how beautiful this new salon was. I show up the day of my appointment, and the owner sat me in her chair.. i sat there for 20 minutes waiting on her. i asked for an all over highlight, i felt like she rushed through my hair color, said 2 words to me and then as soon as my hair was all in, she disappeared. i sat there for about 45 minutes. She had another salon girl rinse my color out. When i walked by i saw her sitting at the front desk on her cell phone. The entire expierence was rude!!! i expected much more considering she was the owner!!. i will NEVER go back espically noticing how she treats her employees!!! What an aweful expierence for how much i paid for a terrible highlight!!!!!!!
Pedicure not worth the $$

Went to this salon to get a pedicure before a friends wedding. I was a little disappointed. Their pedicure stations are extremely uncomfortable - pretty much a bench with a bowl and a pedestal for them to work on your feet which forces your knees to lock. If you're 5'3" like me, you have to sit on the edge of the bench for your feet to reach the pedestal which made my back hurt and my butt fall asleep. All around uncomfortable and I couldn't relax. The pedicure itself was not worth the $55 I spent on it. My nails were all different lengths and my cuticles weren't clipped or pushed back at all. One of the other bridesmaids got a shellac manicure which lasted all of about 4 hours. My friend, the bride, really seems to like this place though and all the girls that work there are super nice. They even ordered in lunch for us which was nice. I just wasn't impressed with the quality of the pedicure.
