lame prices tacky sale items old and boring jewelry pathetic cheap offers on gold and jewelry loans are lame the place sucks they tried to con job me and cheat me.they seem desperate to take advantage of anyone they can Be Warned they are bad news.I went to another shop way way way better in every aspect glad i walked out got a way! better offer. wont return and glad to know better

IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE 14 YEARS AND WAS ALLWAYS FAST EFFICIENT AND A EASY PROCESS TO BUY AND LOAN UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE LAME HIRING STANDARDS AND HAVE UNPROFFESIONAL SNOOTIE FEMALE REPS WORKING THE COUNTER AND AS A RESULTTODAY THEY LOST A FAITHFULL 14 YEAR BUYING AND LOAN CUSTOMER FOREVER TODAY THEY LOST 250.00 THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EARNED FOR THE LOAN ASWELL THE OWNER WHOM IS ACTUALLY A COOL PERSON SHOULD BE PISSED SHES PAYING FOR A SLOPPY ATTITUDE REP WITH BAD HYGIENE TO SCREW IT UP TO LOSE MONEY RUIN THE BIZNESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAITHFULL LONGTIME CLIENTS ASWELLVERY SAD DAY FOR ALL THAT GLITTERS THEY ARE IN SERIOUS DECLINE WHAT WAS ONCE A QUALITY OPERATION IS GONE AND THIS CRAPPIE SHADOW IS ALL THATS LEFT PLACE IS A GHOSTOWN PEOPLE ARE LEARNING AS A BUISNESS I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL THEY PAY LITTLE AND HAVE A ATTITUDE IF YOU MENTION THAT FACT YOU CAN GET MORE $ ELSEWHERE THEY NEED US NOT US NEED THEM MY GOLD CAN BE RESPECTED AND LOANED ANYWHERE THEY OFFER NOTHING YOU CANT GET SOMEWHERE ELSE NO REASON TO USE THEM I CAN THINK OF

I really hate this place. They try to give you the minimum amount for a loan as they can and its even worse if you try to sell them anything. As far as I'm concerned they are RIP OFFS!!! Please dont come to this place unless you are just desperate to get rid of something and really dont care about getting the cash value of of it.

i went to get my items out of pawn and 2 of the 3 items had already been sold .it was 1 week before my due date.they told me it was an employee mistake 1500.00 worth of jewelry and they wanted to give me 25.00 i am filing a lawsuit against them . their business practices leave alot to be desired.i dont know how they are still doing business. think twice before doing business with them.

I have had nothing but good experiences with "All That Glitters" The staff has always been freindly, helpful and discreet when I have needed to borrow money against my jewelry. I will certainly return to this business if the needed again.

All that Glitters sold my husband an Anniversary ring that has fake diamonds. They refuse to admit that they did wrong and give us our $214,the cost of the ring.My husband and I are good, hardworking,and honest. They lost good customers with my husband and I, and all of the people we know as well. Thank God! I would hate to know that they ripped off one of my friends! They are rude, unprofessional, and shiesty! Hopefully you will read this and take your business somewhere else. You owe it too yourself to do business with a reputable company that you can trust and feel safe with. I used to feel that way but now my faith and trust has been shaking to the very core.
