All Star responded and "made it right" by As a follow up to my earlier review, All Star did respond to my complaint RE the steep charges, explained why the costs are what they are, and gave me a partial refund.
Good service, outrageous price by The repairman was polite and spent 15-20 minutes on the repair, unclogging the valve in the gas fireplace, for $189.88. $90 labor for 1 hr, $75 call fee, $10 for extra distance (he drove 11 miles from Fall City).
