BEWARE, THIS COMPANY USES BAIT-AND-SWITCH TECHNIQUES. EXPECT THE FINAL BILL TO BE CLOSE TO MUCH MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE QUOTED. THE GENERAL MANAGER RUNS THE COMPANY AND HE WILL CHARGE WHAT HE SAYS, NOT WHAT HIS EMPLOYEES SAY. This company engages in unethical business practices. Their employees will quote one thing on the phone, and when they arrive, the cost will be much more. I was quoted a price of $189 to replace my garage door springs. I told them I have a wood overlay door, and the employee told me worst case scenario, it will cost $250. He said he would send someone out to look at it for free so we would know upfront if it was the worst case scenario. When the employee came out, he looked at it and said it would be the worst case scenario. He then asked for $40. I told him I was told he would come out and look at it for free. The employee said yes, it will be for free. The $40 will be credited if we do the work. I paid the $40. I then received a call from the General Manager telling me that it was going to cost an additional $258.57. I informed him that I was told by the first employee I talked to that the worst case scenario would be $250, and then that was confirmed by the second employee that came out. I also told him that the second employee required me to pay him $40 and told me it would be credited to the $250 when we completed the service. The General Manager told me he did not know what his employees had told me and that he didn't really care what they had told me, but that he was telling me what their practice is and that the $40 already paid was not going to be credited to the ultimate bill, and that the total was going to be $298.57. I told him I expected him to stand by what his employees told me, and he said no, that he would not do that. When I asked to talk to the owner, he said, no, that he was in charge and that I was not going to be able to go above him. I then told him I was a returning customer, that they had replaced our springs last time and that I was going with them out of loyalty to his company. He told me that did not matter, he would not honor what his employees told me, and that if I wanted to work done it would cost $298.75. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A LOYAL, RETURNING CUSTOMER.

This company Installed my garage door opener and did a wonderful job. They came out right away and were very professional. The installer was very good and their prices were very competitive! I will Be calling them Back for any other garage door work that I need.
