All Pure Pool Service has done a terrible job providing service for our pool. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance after for the first 2 months of service they never cleaned my pool once but charged me for it. Apparently, the pool person did not know how to open the pool cover (which is electric and quite simple to open), so instead of notifying us just never did anything. Then we went to go swimming once the weather warmed up and upon opening our pool it was totally green. They apologized and credited my bill and got the pool back in working order only to ruin it again several months later. Because we have been out of the country for a few months now, I have trusted that they were taking care of our pool and now come to find out, they have never closed the pool cover after cleaning it allowing huge amounts of water to evaporate out of the pool. As a result, the the pump motor burned out because the water level was too low and the pump didn't have any water circulating through it. They never notified anybody of the water level or took it upon themselves to close the pool cover. Now they are charging me $500 to fix the pool pump. UNBELIEVABLE. If you want a reliable pool service who you can trust is doing their job, DO NOT USE All Pure Pool Service. It WILL cost you in the end. If you want to spend your time managing, following up and verifying the service they offer is actually being provided then why wouldn't you just do it yourself??
