I recently decided to rent out my home. I made the decision on Monday, and by Thursday the UHaul was packed.



When I began the process, since I am moving to NY, I knew I needed a rental agency, good people who would be there in my absence. I filled out a questionnaire online. That night, like 1am, I received an email from Nancy Davis stating that she would call me first thing in the morning. 8am my phone rings.

Nancy came out almost immediately to meet me and answered all my questions. She guided me through the entire process, told me what to expect, how to proceed, and what the next steps were.



Nancy gets the job done. I am so pleased with Nancy. I feel 110% comfortable knowing I have her there for me. The best part.. she had my house rented for exactly the amount I wanted before I drove over the NY state line.



Nancy took all the worry out of my hands and replaced it with a fantastic rental property!
