THese people were HORRIBLE. Biggest rip off EVER. THey trick you into paying for every little last thing. I have moved SEVERAL times in the last 5 years and never had a problem and never been charged so much to move so little. THe "manager" Carlos is an absolute JERK and threatened to cancel the movers the DAY OF my move before they got to my house. He did this because I was scheduled to move on SUNDAY and apparently some Moron scheduled me that day and they are Closed on sundays. So I called in requesting a discount of some sort and he was so rude I couldn't believe it. do NOT use this company! THey are the worst ever!!

Normally I move myself but as a recent divorcee and having just had knee surgery 3 months ago, moving my own things was impossible. All My Sons showed up on time, the guys that showed up were polite and when they started working they simply did not stop until the job was done. Their price was very fair and they did an outstanding job. They also made sure to pick up any debris and removed my old boxes for me. I know that most people will not take the time to comment on a companies service unless it was bad. I feel that good work should be noticed as well. Thank you All My Sons.

Horrible Experiance - Would not recommend by Amyk - 02/12/2009
I have moved several times and used different companies and this is by far the worst expeirance I have ever had. First, they took about twice as long as any company I have worked with, secondly, you have to pay for your move before they will unload the truck, even though they require you to pay a deposit in advance and had my credit card information on file. When you arrive to your new home, they estimate how long it is going to take them to unload and they will not work ONE SECOND PAST THAT. I had two items I needed moved when my time ran out and they were totally unwilling to help. The movers literally acted like children when I made the request, rolling their eyes at me and throwing a "temper tantrum". I called the office to explain my frustration and was simply told "that is our policy". I was very frusterated that they were unwilling to put in 10 additional minutes of work for a move that cost me double what I should have paid.

I used this moving company twice within 6 months spending over $1,300. I had damage on a dining room table leg estimated repair cost of $55.00. This was in December, 2008. It is now February 2009 and I am still waiting for a response. They send you paperwork that you need to get notarized! I sent pictures and statement of what happened. They say you can't make any repairs until they have decided. I call for the 2nd time and they tell me that I should be receiving an offer of repair within two weeks. Unbelievable! I used a prior company and had damage and it was all repaired within the week! Now that is service, especially when you take into consideration I have used All My Sons Moving twice and they can't make good on what they damaged for such a small amount? Never again would I use them. Don't use them, you will regret. They have no concept of customer service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They quoted me 6 hours and then charged me 9, they quoted me free wrapping of my furniture then charged me for it, they have a satisfaction guarantee but are not living up to it, they broke hundreds of dollars of my irreplaceable items, and the crew was about as slow as they could get. The office manager won't return my calls, called me a liar when I complained and I had to file a complaint with the BBB (they have a ton of them on the BBB web site) . Don't trust them to do the job right.

We had horrible experience with this moving company.
* They showed up 5.5 hours late of their scheduled arrival time.
* Showed up with only 2 men to do the work of 3 or 4 when we told them we had 1,800 sq ft home to move.
* We were told it would take 3 hours at the most to get us moved. It ended up 5.5 hours later to move down the street 3 min away. I finished doing the move my self.
* They double charged our credit card
* Called to complain and customer service was rude (hung up on us) & condescending.
