A no-hassle way to travel. by Judy - 09/15/2009We have used the services of All-Inclusive Vacations on several occasions. Whether it was making arrangements for a complete trip for 6, 8, or 10 persons or simply making flight plans, everything was handled in a most professional manner. Steve and Jeff attended to the most minute details to perfection and communication between us was prompt, courteous, and comprehensive. We will continue to use their services as well as recommend them as a first-class travel agency.

His attention to detail and his ability to understand exactly what you are looking for in a vacation is fabulous. He takes the time and worry out of vacation planning. All the details can be taken care of via email, but if you need to contact him the response is immediate. If Jeff isn't available, Steve and Bob are also happy to assist you in answering questions. An Excellent Experience by Kieffer - 01/14/2008I had not used a travel agent in years. After much frustration in trying to plan a trip to a Mexico resort area, I took a friend's recommendation and called Steve Lord. He had everything figured out and planned while I was on the phone. Before the trip, they followed up with me to make sure I had all my documents, etc. in order. But the real test of all this would be the trip - it was outstanding. The recommended resort was incredible, and Steve had even let them know it was my birthday. So when we showed up, the resort had the room specially decorated and even brought in a birthday cake. Everything was exactly what I told Steve that I wanted. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Absolutely outstanding.
Extremely Helpful by kricket - 12/15/2007I made use of the phone after spending 2-3 hours of initial research (too much info.!). Steve was extremely helpful. Even though we opted not to pursue the all-inclusive trip at this time I am confident that his itinerary would have been top-notch for our family. WIll not hesitate in contacting him and All-Inclusive in the future for such travel plans.
Above and Beyond! by Life Journeyer - 12/04/2007Steve, Jeff and Bob have been our travel agents for years! During 9/11 we were in Europe on a river cruise. Steve confirmed our flight home, called us in Vienna to check on us, then called my Mom and my sister to let them know we were okay!
They pay very close attention to all the details so we don't have to worry about it! We can just enjoy! And, if something unexpected comes up, we know we can get ahold of them and they'll get it handled!
A perfect match! by achance - 11/26/2007After an exhaustive personal search on the internet for Caribbean vacation spots I finally turned to All-Inclusive Vacations for guidance on gay-friendly destinations and accommodations. A simple email with my desires was all that was needed for Jeff to pick the perfect spot in Cancun for us! Every question I had was answered in a prompt manner and he continued to follow up with me even after our return. Believe it or not... it was ALL done over email! I didn't have to call once! Exceptional and prompt customer service; wonderful prices; all with my interests and budget in mind have made me a client for life!
