I was sent to this store by Sprint to have my phone repaired. This store is an independent repair center that contracts with Sprint and does not follow Sprint's policys and procedures. I was wrongly charged with multiple fees that the store refused to credit back, even after Sprint said I should not have been charged. I have insurance on my phone and simply wanted the broken phone (broken at no fault of my own) replaced for free as purposed by the monthly fee I pay for insurance. This issue was taken up with Sprint, but it was out of their control to resolve it. DO NOT give this store your business. Look out for your wallet and drive a little further.
