Excellent service and quality.

Our house was flooded with 4 inches of water throughout the house affecting every room. All American Service was called and they immediately responded, They removed all the furniture and personal items to prevent any further water damage and commenced immedfiately on the repairs. The workmanship wad done professionally with quality work. I would highly recommend All American.

I had my washer overflow, it was pretty bad and soaked the ceiling of my neighbors condo as well. As a first time home owner, I was panicked! I called All American Repair and not only did they calm me down, they took the time to go through the process and had one of their guys over to my place in no time. Even my insurance was surprised by how quick they got the repair process going, even on my neighbor's damaged ceiling. They were so easy to work with, super friendly, and now my house looks just as great if not better than it did before. They were always willing to talk and answer questions and seriously turned a horrific situation into a not so bad incident. I recommend them to anyone and everyone experiencing any kind of emergency where home repair of this kind is needed. A fair honest company is hard to come by these days, especially in Vegas (so I've found through personal experience), which is why I took the time to write this review. Go with All American.

The owner Damir said he will take whatever amount the insurance company pays them but apparently not! The insurance company is as generous as it is and we know it since other restoration companies are more than willing to do the work for the same amount! Damir will tell you what you want to hear and at the end of the day it did not happen. They tried to charge Over Time for every single work day!Beware of fake 5 stars reviews made by their own people. Ask some reputable insurance companies like Farmers and State Farm and they will tell you how shady this company is! I am pretty sure they would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Shame on you All American! With 20++ years of experience in Las Vegas, do your business with total honesty! Beware of bad karma.

I know that this is a very stressful time far any homeowner in your situation.Three condos were flooded, the responsible party did not have coverage and everyone was unclear as to who would be responsible.The condos that had ins were being told they would not be covered.That it was the party that caused the damages responsibility to pay for everything.One owner was displaced and did not have the means to get a room so as we always do we made arrangements for a nice place to stay and informed her we would pay for room/tax and bill the insurance.We took wet items to the drycleaners, packed up items and brought them to a secure location all the things that our company does for customers.In your post you state that Damir said we honor the scope of costs and repairs. I am not sure why you believe that we don't? If we look at a scope and see that an adjuster has missed an item that we know you deserve we will point it out to them because we are here for our clients.We work with ins. but ultimately we work for the homeowner.As for the overtime charges after 5pm on a Friday to 8am on a Monday it is considered overtime hours.That is normal and custom charging for an ins. company to pay. We are a provider for MANY ins companies. All American Repair Services and Damir were voted one of the TOP 10 Contractors in the WEST COAST. I would like to point out that for many days all three property owners believed they would have no help from the HOA or the ins carriers.Please remember who it was that informed you of the responsibility of the HOA. It was Damir. He told you not to worry he would help you to get the coverage you were owed by the HOA and insurance. We knew the laws and helped you enforce them. As you know we have been in business for 20+ yrs. Do you think that would be possible with out standing behind our work and word? It upsets us to know you are not satisfied with out work. Customer services is very important to us.We wish you well and hope life is calmer now

Rip off estimate !!!!!!

I had to get estimates for remediation on a rental property in North LV. Being unfiamiliar with what is usual and customary for estimates I unfortunately choose this oufit. They charge $ 150 for the estimate which all other companies do for free. When I called them back the following day and hadn't received any estimate was told that they would put a lien on the property and did so. I still haven't received any estimate and yes the lien papers arrived 2 days later. Stay away from these people !

Sir, I am sorry that you did not understand our protocol for estimates. We too give free estimates to our customers. If you can visually see mold there is no need to get a hygenist to come test. We can do what is called a "visual inspection" and give you a verbal approximation of what the repairs will cost. If you need documentation for your insurance we will then do a line by line item price list that can be issued to an insurance company or used in court if need be. It takes up to three hours to do a scope of repairs and we charge $150 for that paperwork. If we do the work for the homeowner that $150 is credited back to the homeowner as a deposit. We explain this process to each potential customer all day long. As for the "lien" paper you received please read over the paperwork sent to you. It is a form mandated by the Contractors Board to send to each customer we do work for. It states that if work is done and not paid for in a timely manner that All American Repair Services, Inc has the legal right then to place a lien on the property. Again, I am sorry if you did not understand this process but it is a very standard procedure among contractors.

When my family returned homed from vacation we were greated by a river of water running out our garage door. I called All American Repair Services and their quick response and service made the unbearable situation bearable! Upon entering our house we realized that not only was the garage saturated, but our whole down stairs had inches of standing water. I was so grateful to hear a live voice on the other end of the phone even thou it was 1:00 in the AM. Dealing with damir and his crew was wonderful. Being away from our home did test our patience...but everyone stayed the coarse and the work was completed on time. Thanks Damir for understanding my 'right as a woman to change my mind'....the place looks awesome. I would never hesitate to use your service again...but hopefully NOT for the same reason! Maybe upstairs renovation??? Thanks again, the Mllers

A superb company with exceptional service. I was extremely well taken care of from the intitial office call to the technicians in the field. My house repairs, (which included, drywall, painting and flooring) were take care of rapidly. Any concerns or questions,I had were respondid to and handled immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Substantial Water Damage

Upon returning from an extended vacation we found that our hot water heater had leaked in our home affecting several rooms to include the kitchen...In addition our RV garage suffered extensive water damage due to storms. We called All American 9/15/12 and work commenced on 9/16/12. The scope of damage to include floors, walls, cabinets, baseboards, ceilings, plumbing, electrical, etc was substantial. All American employees as well as the subcontractors utilized on this project provided timely, consistent, quality knowledgeable and professional working skills in the remediation and reconstruction of our home and garage. Damir facilitated all correspondence and necessary interaction with our insurance company and claims adjusters. We had expected a completion timeline to arrive by Thanksgiving and was extremely pleased to have all work completed 30 days prior to this date.

worst ever - make sure they do not put you on the streets and take every penny you have

worst company I have every dealt with - overcharged and lied about what they did - falsified insurance claims and still were not happy with what was paid - wanted 25,000 and only got paid 15,000 and still wasn't happy - pretty expensive to replace 2 pieces of sheet rock

Please be advised that we do a background check on all our employees. If they do not clear the check we can not use them as we do work for many insurance companies and vendors that require all employees to be approved before gaining access on the job sites.
