I DO NOT recommend using this company.



I was given their name by the City of Columbus to do my water testing two years ago. It took them two appointments to make it to my residence. Then, I scheduled another appointment to have a leak fixed in my basement. I had to schedule the appointment twice because they did not show up the first time. The second time they were late due to the snow which was excusable. Although, I had to call them that morning to verify after two hours being late. At that appointment, I scheduled my back flowing testing for the year to be done in April. I assumed they would do the same as previous year. Do the testing, bill me and send a copy to the City of Columbus. I received a letter from the City of Columbus stating that had not received my paper work and my water will be turned off. I contacted them on Monday and left a message. On Thursday I finally receive a phone call back. I was told they will find out if the testing was done or not. Now it is Tuesday morning and I receive a phone call stating that they Did Not do my testing. Now, they no longer do the testing for residents. Don't you think it would have been nice for you to tell me this instead of not showing up I ask. He stated we no longer do this and you need to find someone else. He was in no way concerned that they did not do my testing and my water may be shut off due to them not doing it!



They do not answer the phone most of the time. When they do they will need to call you back. If you leave a message expect to wait days to receive a phone call back. Lastly, they had to return to do the work they did on my pipe in the basement. In other words, they did not fix it correctly the first time. So, you may want to expect to deal with them numerous times to get them their and have the done correctly .
