The receptionist at All-American Door called me the morning of the scheduled installation to inform me that the door I had special-ordered came in damaged (all of the windows were broken). They offered to swap it out with an in-stock door (with different windows) that could be installed on time, or I would need to wait two additional weeks for a replacement. I had put a deposit down so I could not cancel, but I needed the door in on schedule. I asked to be discounted the cost of the windows ($200) because I did not get the windows that I paid for. The receptionist told me that a manager would call me back about a discount as she could not authorize that. No one called me back. I asked the person who came to help the installer about a discount for not receiving the correct door, but he was only able to offer $50 off after calling the office.



It took the installer SIX HOURS to install the door because he was brand new on the job, and did not know what he was doing. He had to call someone else to help him figure it out- and it was not a complex job. This was a very basic garage door/opener replacement. After installation, the garage door was not level, and he did not want to spend the time to level it so he told me to "stick a pool noodle down the base of the garage door to create a better seal with the concrete."



I am very dissatisfied with the service from All American Door, and would encourage potential customers to work with a company who will deliver the product that was paid for, and train their technicians how to install garage doors properly.

I just had service from All American Door Company, Ben was the technician, AWESOME! Very helpful, friendly and informative! Price was very good, excellent service!

I Schedulted an appointment two weeks in advance to have a remote programmed and was told that they would be there at 10:00 on Tuesday. When at 10:15 they called and told me they were not coming because they got a bigger job. Further into the conversation he said his truck was down-DO NOT Trust Them

Well the spring finally broke on the old door, we knew it was going to happen soon and we had been comparing notes on new garage doors with friends and neighbors for quite some time. We pretty much new exactly what we wanted and what the price range should be.We checked the reviews and talked to different companies and went with All American Door Co. We are so happy we did! They exceeded our expectations, did a great job installing and left us with top quality products. Ben was a really nice to have in our home and excellent taste in music! We enjoyed it as we sat out on the patio on this 59 degree March day!

All American Door Co. did a super job on my garage door installation. They came out quickly for an estimate, were able to install within one week, and were $100 less than the other companies I received estimates from. All American has great service. I ordered my door on Thursday and they installed it the very next Monday! Very clean install and only took an hour and a half for a complete door replacement.

Late for appointment by about one hour but the installer was very nice and professional. For the money the door quality was very good.

I would definitely recommend All American Door Co. I got prompt and excellent service from the lady who initially answered the phone, the gentleman who gave me the estimate, the lady who confirmed the installation and the gentleman who did the garage door installation. They were all very nice and polite.

I was going to be leaving town and needed to get my garage door fixed. They were able to squized me in and give me a couple of options that worked for me. They called a half hour before and told me that they were on there way to give me time to get home. Once they were here they showed me the problem and gave me a couple of solutions to fix it. Once I figured out what I needed they fixed it in less then an hour and cleaned up after the job. Over all a GREAT experiance and I have and will let people know about it.

My husband and I had All American Door Company install a garage door opener for us last week. They were top notch from start to finish. I They were very helpful on the intial telephone conversation and their installer was prompt in getting to our home. He veen called and said he was on his way. The installation went smooth. We highly recommend All American Door Company to anyone.
