I have been a patient for quite some time and just brought my 16 year old for her first visit. We see Kelly Murphy. Everyone is wonderful, from the front office staff, the nurses and Kelly. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. As long as I live in the area, I would never look for another gyn.

I will be going to All About Women for an annual shortly. After reading these I have a feeling it may be my first and last trip. I'm not good with snotty receptionist though I think they have a new one, and definately not good with stuck up Doctors. I am a speaker. I speak what I think. I did see DeFalco years ago. She was one of those snobs. Had to actually go out in the hall and get her. Asked her if it was not a good time for her. I have an appointment. Not whenever she feels like coming in. So we'll see. Will have nothing to do with her but if they all behave that way I'll at least get an annual done and keep looking. Ugg. All because Eve just had to eat the apple.

Don't let any negative reviews set you back from going to this office. I saw Dr. Canova and she put my mind at ease. I had no problems with the front office staff. Perhaps these negative reviews are from a few years back. And for the people who were late and were turned away...........5 minutes late is one thing, but 25 minutes is like 2 appoints for a doctor. Do a drive by the day before so you know where you are going.

I drove an hour to get to their office and got lost so I was 25 minutes late. Upon arriving I was told, sorry, you can't be seen now. How many times do you arrive at a doctors office and wait for an extended period of time? They tried giving me another appt. 2 1/2 hours later with a doctor I didn't even want to see which would mean I'd have basically wait there cause by the time I drove home, I'd have to drive back again. I kept apologizing and saying please, I drove all the way here and it's not like I arrived late on purpose but the woman was just like....sorry, we give you 15 minutes past your appt. time and if you aren't here by then, then you can't be seen. I mean I understand I was late but the woman was so rude and nasty to me. I will not be going back to this office again.

This has to be the worst and rudest medical office I've ever seen. These people really need to watch Patch Adams because there customer service skills suck and take pride in being most unhelpful.

Dr. DeFalco recently did my surgery. She did a wonderful job. The office visits which lead up to my surgery were informative. Dr. DeFalco took time explaining all of my options and what I could expect with the surgery. Very satisfied with the entire group of drs.

Yesterday was my first visit and must say I was very pleased! It was worth the ride from Ogdensburg. Kelly Murphy is an absolute doll and I would go to her again!

I am very surprised to see any negative reviews on here. I have had a few issues over the years and Dr. Canova has been the absolute best. She always takes her time with me and has the best attitude. She explains everything and makes sure I understand it. My sister also has seen Dr. Canova in the past and had problems with her pregnancy...My sister only has positive things to say about her as well. I would go to no other doctor....I am so sad that she does not deliver babies anymore.

Dr Canova is the best there. I think DeFalco is the redhead and she has absolutely no bedside manner at all. Some of the staff out front are rude. My advice is see Canova, avoid DeFalco , and ignore the receptionists.

I recently visited this practice for the first time. I immediately felt comfortable. The front desk ladies were warm and welcoming. The assistant who intiated the exam was very friendly and kind. Kim was awsome! She was very thorough and took her time documenting and reviewing my medical history. She educated me with risk factors pertaining to my family history which prompted me to dig deeper into it.I have seen two other GYN's since moving to the Warren County area in 2008 and this is by far the most comfortable I have felt. I do not know any woman who likes having exams / consults such as these; however, All About Woman helped ease that dread.I plan to continue visiting All About Women for any of my GYN needs.

I have been going to this practice for about 4 years. I've seen almost every doctor. They have switched my birth control 5 times, refuse to look further into my condition, and have no bedside manner. This last time they gave me a different diagnosis than any other previous visit, but telling me "this is what's wrong, and there is nothing you can do about it". I left in tears. Looking for a new doctor now.

I'm new to the area and pleasantly surprised at what a nice office this is. The staff was friendly and the midwife I saw was so nice and spent alot of time with me for my appointment. Would recommend to my family/friends!

The DRs are good but the receptionist are so rude, condescending, and just outright mean that I will never use them again. They need to watch that movie Patch Adams because they have no people/customer relation skills at all. My mouth dropped at the way they spoke to me and what they said. NOTE to DRs: get rid of the snotty-bad apples dealing with your customers, they are killing your business. Avoid this place. They are not even OB.

I was very pleased with my appointment today, from start to finish. I will be staying with this practice for the long term. I found the doctor to be very thorough--that to me is more important than a doctor who cuts appointments short to stay on time.I realize now that about 6 years ago, I erroneously wrote a negative review on Dr. Lisa DeFalco, having mixed her name up with an obgyn with a very similar name. Does anyone know how I can rectify this? Thank you.

They are no longer an OB. They missed diagnosed my chemical pregnancy and made me feel like the idiot. There was no compassion at all.

You will fall in love with all of these women, from their warm hearts, to their expertise, they delivered my son, and continue to help me with all of my family planning, and even my husband considers them an important part of our family!! Kelly did a wonderful job at keeping him relaxed, and me pain free!!
