Kari helped our friends plan a beautiful destination wedding for 40+ of their closest friends and family to Riviera Maya - we stayed at the Barcelo Palace and it was INCREDIBLE! Kari was so knowledgeable the entire process and helped us every step. She gave us great detailed info for anything we may need while on our trip. It was a beautiful wedding and memorable gorgeous vacation. I highly recommend Kari & All About Vacations for all your trips!

THIS COMPANY WAS AWFUL DO NOT USE!

We tried to book a destination wedding with my sister-in-law. The 4 of us went in, decided on a date and hotel. Then a month later we find out that the dates they booked us did not have ANY wedding dates available (to which our agent Jaci blamed on us). Not only that, the hotel SHE helped us choose did not even offer a beach wedding which is something the bride specifically asked for!



Because they refused to give us a full refund FOR THEIR MISTAKE we reluctantly settled on a different area/hotel, which added another $300 per couples final bill. After being reassured by the owner herself and the agent that this was it, everything was finalized and booked we felt better about the situation. Until 5 days later they informed us of all these hidden fees which was adding an extra $300 to the bride and grooms bill and an extra $100 to ours. Only after we all became upset and threatened to cancel did the owner offer to pay the $300 hidden fees (which why offer to pay unless you knew it was your mistake), but at this point we had had enough.



So in conclusion they turned what should have been an exciting fun time into a miserable, stressful, month long saga. You use a travel agent so you don't get blind sided by all these extra fees and they help you get what you want. Not this place. ALL ABOUT VACATIONS does not care about their reputation, customers and the fact that they now cost us money for a trip we cannot even go on anymore.



We are beyond disappointed with their service.

I scheduled my Disney vacation with Amber and had afew special requests that I had to call an email multiple times before anyone answered. Then I was informed Amber left the company ? We had a later flight on Friday night so why did they schedule a early breakfast Saturday? We had 2 royal dinners with the same characters one Thursday an one Friday? I feel that they dropped the ball an in a hurry just scheduled anything they could. The vacation was fun because it was Disney but the scheduling was poor an response to questions slow. I would not recommend this agency.

Great, friendly service. They are really helpful and try to get you the best deal.

We have been booking all our vacations online for years. It seemed as if travel agents we had in the past didn't want to do any searching for better deals or could we choose our own seats. We really gave up on travel agents. Then I spoke with Denise from All About Vacations. I picked them because Apple Vacations gave them a Golden Apple rating. I've never been dissapointed with Apple Vacations. We are traveling to cozumel in Feb. and I know it's going to be great because of Denise ,she went above and beyond.

This is the place to go to plan your vacation, hands down. We went to another local travel agency and the owner admitted only traveling to two times out of the country.- NO HELP THERE! If you want someone in the "know" call here. Paula was great at finding the perfect vacation for myself and my girlfriend. Also, they answered the phone late at night after I left from work very nice.

We have used All About Vacations twice for our Disney Vacations. They know their Disney business. All the must do's and don't, and they know what works for the age children you have. I will be using them again for our next vacations.

They did a great job helping us plan our honeymoon to Tahiti. We had a great time and everything went just perfect, well except for the airlines losing my luggage but Kyle helped us call them and it was brought to our hotel. We would definately us you guys again. Thank you, Melissa B
