AB was only company I dealt without any problems and hassle while remodeled my house.They came to my place exactly at scheduled time, gave me estimate in 30 min, came back nextday on time again, put on all ordered blinds and cleaned after themselves in 2 hours. Their blindsare as great as their service. I’m glad I’ve choose them.

Blind cord broken due to age was repaired as well as end caps replaced. Appointment kept on time, explanation of damage was good, repair was timely, pickup time was met.Good experience with Alfa/Vlad.

I needed a repair for my Hunter Douglas blinds. I called and they said on the High end the repair would be $55. I drove 45 min. to drop off my blind. When I arrived the owner with an accent told me the charges would now be $100 to repair. Like any person would do, i asked a question on why the increase in price. He explained that he need to replace more strings. So. i asked another question, "so for $100 you will replace all 4 strings". The owner got extremely defensive and asked me to leave his store. I was shocked, all I was doing was asking questions and he got defensive for asking questions. My blind was a $2,000 blind and I just wanted to understand what was going to be repaired. I guess I was a customer who cared too much to understand what the repair entailed. So, new customers beware. If you plan on working with this business, don't ask questions because you may get kicked out of his store. I have never been treated so poorly. This business owner with the acent c

I brought to AB my 4 aluminum blinds literally in pieces (they are from my rental property): dirty, with ripped cords and broken mechanism. Next day they returned me clean, working blinds.Great service, good price, nice people.
