Alfa blinds by Blind cord broken due to age was repaired as well as end caps replaced. Appointment kept on time, explanation of damage was good, repair was timely, pickup time was met.Good experience with Alfa/Vlad.
Rude and not very helpful by The customer service was rude and impatient.
Very good service by I brought my 8-years old Hunter Douglas cell shade with broken cord & cord-lock to AB.. Theyfixed it in just one day for very reasonable price, and blind works as good as a new now.
