UN ethical

by a Sad Concerned Mom , 11/22/2010

This lawyer encourages his clients to break the law and hurt others. He definitely fights dirty and has only winning in mind, not justice. He hurt 2 little kids in a very long term and cruel way the process. They will probably need counseling the rest of their lives. Stay as far away from this one as you can. I am personally reporting him to the bar.

This man should retire already and quit ripping people off!

We won our case, but only because it was a no brainer. Alex Christy should have retired a very long time ago. He cannot hear anything, he forgets everything and for the unspeakable amount that he charges, it is a shame if anyone even uses him! He stands in court for minutes at a time, completely silent when he should be talking...he forgets everything he is doing! We have had him remove himself from our case and he called my work phone 7 times after that! I mean really...trying to be intimidating and claiming that we would lose without him!

Surely you jest. Mother of children got a default judgment allowing her to move to CA. I was retained, got the judgment vacated, and the case set for trial on 2-29-12. Basically, the only witnesses were the father, Venessa's husband, and the mother. My assessment of the case was 50/50 we would be able to prevail because the mother had been in CA since Nov. 11 and had family there. After a 3/4 day trial, the case was basically decided on answers of the mother to questions on cross examination. Judge ruled, bring the kids back to Oregon. Wow! We won, hugs all around, everybody very happy. My hearing, memory, and ocnduct in court just fine, thank you. Now awaiting payment of the rest of my fee! Hmmm.
