After my experience with this place, I would say find somewhere else to do your work. I needed a custom exhaust made for an older 4WD and had purchased some hard to find O2 sensor bungs and other parts to supply Alert with parts for the rebuild, and thought all was good when I dropped off my vehicle. I got a phone call towards the evening about the pre and post-cat placement of O2 sensors, and became concerned, because the vehicle does not operate like that. When the vehicle was "ready" I was told that the O2 sensors were not hooked up. They were installed but not hooked up. Having the O2 sensors installed correctly was a major part of the rebuild work to me,and part of the job. To make this more frustrating one of the expensive O2 bungs was welded on in a way where sensor wires are now touching the down pipe, after I had to hook up the O2 sensor myself. If you had looked for the harness you would have found them and positioned the bungs correctly. So for what we agreed on as payment, I got incomplete work, and have to spend more time and money to fix what I understood to be part of the work agreement. The work also seemed rush, I understand there was a garge and lot full of cars that needed work, but I had to save up for nearly 2 months to pay for this job, and I expected it to be done right.
