I called and was told a cab would pick me up in 45 minutes. I waited an hour and called back. Where's my cab? Dispatcher told me it would be another 45 minutes. This was downtown on a Saturday night. Had to call Green Cab, who picked me up within 10 minutes. If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. Absolute worst service ever!

I called a day in advance to schedule a 1:30 pm pickup to take my wife to the airport. I live in North Rio Rancho. The driver finally showed at 2 and said that when he got the dispatcher's call (AT 1:30) he was at least 15 miles away at Pennsylvania and Montgomery. He also said there were 2 other ABQ cabs in Rio Rancho but the dispatcher insisted that he drive the 15 miles. At least the driver was friendly and apologetic. Unreliable, dishonest, unethical, incredibly poorly managed. Save yourself the frustration, CALL ANOTHER CAB CO.

Ridiculously OVERPRICED!!!!! They quoted me about $25 for 2,8 miles (according to google maps)!!! Not sure how they sleep at night, but I found another cab company that charged HALF of what ABQ Cab Co quoted me....just based off of the quote, I will NEVER use this cab company if I ever need one!!

I Followed the QR code to the site to call for my cab. 20 min later I was picked and made it to the airport with time to grab a coffee before my flight. I recommend this company if your looking for no hassle.

My husband and I had horrible experience with this cab service. First of all since we lived a little bit out of the city they made me pay in full before they would even pick me up and I found out they overcharged me $20 for the service! Then when I called again to have them pick me up they said 45 minutes so we waited and waited finally I called them and the very very rude lady on the other end told me that we were not outside and they left. So I asked when they could come back and she said "eventually" I said what does that mean? That is when she said I should find another cab service and hung up. Very unprofessional, they need to find another dispatcher ASAP. Luckily yellow cab was available and they were very nice and charged me $20 less ( that is how I found out I was overcharged by Albuq Cab). I have never had such bad service in my life. This all happened in October 2012 so unless they get new people do not use them!!!

Professional service, courteous driver, reliable. I called and needed to be at airport in a hurry and they picked me up in 10 minutes.
