If I could reduce this rating to a -5, I most certainly would. I have been buying appliances from Albert Lee for most of my adult life. They have always been reliable, affordable, and honorable--until our last purchase. We bought a refrigerator/freezer from them about five years ago. We also purchased a long-term warranty on it that they simply did not honor. From Day 1, this fridge was on the fritz. It didn't get cold enough, it was continually wet inside (as in everything we put in there was soaking wet). The freezer was constantly iced up. After no less than 7-8 visits over two years, the service person told us straight up "I don't know what's wrong with this and there is no way I can fix it." We contacted Albert Lee and told them this, both on the phone and in writing. Their answer was a very neutral, "huh." When we asked if we could get a credit for a new fridge, the answer was a straight up no. That, despite the fact that the thing never worked. After several tries, we simply gave up. We spent a pretty penny for an extended warranty that was simply never honored. Because we haven't got a lot of money, a lawsuit (over a $3,000 fridge) was simply not an option. So we lived with this dripping fridge and the freezer that never really froze things for the past three years. It finally just quit completely. This is how Albert Lee treats long-time, repeat customers. By not honoring their extended warranty and giving you the run around until you give up. Thanks, you've picked on the folks who can least afford to deal with these kind of issues. But, maybe you knew that all along?

Bonnie is great. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she got back to us later. We have more appliances to buy and will definitely be contacting Bonnie

Delivery team was the *A* team, a white glove experience

The Whirlpool Top Loading washer and Dryer (Cabrio)were delivered on 6/13 - my husband who does all the laundry CANNOT stop talking about them. I sprained my foot/ankle 6/2 and am still recovering. Learning about them is low on the priority list and it is KILLING HIM!I call the washer "his new girlfriend" because he loves it so much... He wanted to repair the other Whirlpool when the belt broke on 6/2...Came with the house - 18 years old now but otherwise still running strong... Both washer and dryer super quiet and clothes are practically dry when they get out of the washer. They are fluffy and soft after dry cycle.



Now for the dishwasher... his "girlfriend" has competition... He does the dishes and the Kitchenaid KUDS35FXSS8 was installed yesterday... Now I am IN LOVE WITH THIS SUPER QUIET dishwasher... The old one (also 18 years old) was on its last leg...



So - on all three items... price was right... same as cash financing... easy install and haul-away... free w/washer and dryer... reasonable fee on dishwasher. VERY VERY PLEASED. Next on list will be stove, then fridge...

Eric Mulkin was great - listened to what we were looking for, asked great questions, and helped us pick the best options for our appliances. We bought dishwasher, refrigerator, range and microwave. When the washer/dryer die, we'll be back.

Delivery/installation was prompt, efficient and professional. Kudos to them as well.
