the worse place to by a car or Truck by not happy - 10/22/2009
Listen these people posting these other Reviews must be High:)My wife and i Bought a Truck from them They Promised so much ,First of all Stewart the finance guy Will Take you to the Bank Second , This Lloyd Guy working in serivce is not a very Good people person Wants to be right in All he says .Do not purchase the Gap from Them They will Charge you 795.00 When you can buy it in Oregon from A credit union for 299.00 Second do no purchase any other thing only the car or truck you r buying dont pay there price they will come down on there cars , i bought a truck for 21700 and the price they had on it was 27900 .... 6200.00 less then what they wanted for it :) ha ha .The only people you want to deal with r Keith , Bob or Jeromie At the saturn dealer, do not deal with any others you will get ripped off, if buy a Dod ge go to BVT Dealer Stay Away from DICK across the street they will not give the serivce like BVT Jeep Cryler, Dodge will on canon road.Listen besides keith , Bob and Jerom

My experience with Alan Webb Auto Group was beyond expectation. Both the sales and management team bent over backwards to assist me when I was faced with challenges in the purchase of a vehicle. I am impressed with their integrity, sincerity and expediency. On a scale of 10, they scored 100!

I am a first-time car buyer and after having several unsatisfying experiences with a few dealerships, I was very happy to have gotten in touch with Manny Vargas at Alan Webb Nissan.He went the extra mile to find a vehicle that fit my needs and was within the price range I could afford. I was presented with several options and lots of information but never felt condescended to or like I was being pushed into something more expensive that I really didn't need. As a woman shopping for a car by myself, this was quite refreshing.The financing procedure was smooth and easy with Stewart Rivers- again, I was presented with several options and chose the best combination for me.Down the road when It's time to buy another car, I will probably go back there.
