I use to love this place, but they've changed.

I use to love Al's in Cicero and have been going there for 40 years since I was a little kid. Its changed and not in a good way. First off, we went there for a family dinner with four people and we used a gift certificate. Because we used the certificate they added a 23% gratuity to the bill - a bit ridiculous! Since I had been going there for so long, I decided to forgive the new owners for this screw up and try again. Went there to buy a gift card and there is a sign on the door that they no longer accept gift certificates. Perhaps understandable, but why are they still selling gift certificates on The very last straw was when I tried to redeem my coupons for buying 20 pizzas for a free large. I wanted to upgrade to a larger pizza and pay the difference, just take off the cost of the free large (I've done this many times remember I am a customer for many, many years) and they refused! I was willing to pay the
