These guy are not only honest theyre affordable. It really is hard to find an honest shop nowa days and if you're in need of any auto repair try these guys first. I'm confident you'll be more than happy with the results and rates! They prove this time and time again.

Allow me to start with this. I'm not just another shill throwing out an excellent review. Believe it or not, I'm an actual customer. Take it for what it's worth. With that being said, I recently took my Jeep Patriot to Al's Auto Repair and was quite happy with the entire experience from beginning to end.

For starters, this is the FIRST shop that has followed up on the online appointment system. I've had mostly bad experiences with auto repair shops offering online appointment setups. Some followed up, most didn't. Those that did follow up, did a lackluster job.

The website was another indicator that these guys are serious. It was quite nicely done and obviously maintained (not just thrown out on the web with updates every 100 years). This gave me even more confidence that the online reviews I read were genuine and that this shop was serious about it's customers.

The services at the repair shop were exceptional. These guys found & addressed multiple issues I had with the Jeep's front end and cooling system. Issues that 2 other mechanics had missed completely. Not only that, they kept me in the loop during the entire process so that I didn't just get a phone call 2 days later with some enormous bill and little explanation.

It was beyond a pleasure to deal with these guys. So much that I don't mind the 30 minute hike to get my truck to their shop. That's right I said 30 minutes. And it's worth it. If you want your vehicle fixed, this is the place to go, bar none.

Looking for a reliable automotive repair shop is hard. This is due to many auto repair shops ' extreme cost of auto repair services, lack of quality repairs services, lack of genuine customer services and challenges of time constraints in regards to completion of customer's repair work order activities. While a lot repair shops have continually struggled to stand out to be elite among their competitors, only a few knows what it takes to achieve customer satisfaction. AL's Auto Care in Brick NJ is one of the few repair shops that gets the job done. While continuously striving for excellence in their everyday business activities, customer satisfaction is their ultimate priority in regards to economical sound repair cost, quality of repair services and timely manner of auto repair service deliveries. I have been a customer of AL's Auto Care for a year and I can say that out of the many repair shops that I have tried, they are one of the few that exhibit high dedication towards pursuit and achievement of customer satisfaction. For anyone looking for domestic or foreign vehicle automotive quality repair services at an affordable price with genuine customer services and support, I strongly recommend trying AL's Auto Care in Brick, NJ.

I just had my BMW in for serviced and my car never ran as great as it does after it was fixed by these guys. My car had an engine light on and shaking really bad now no engine light no shaking thank you all so much for helping me out I will return for future service and will recommend you guys to everyone I come across

Beware of this shop. They tried to take advantage of my mother. Told her she needed alot of repairs and rhe car was unsafe. They scared her, she called my for some help with the bill. So I told her to get a second option, and found out it only needed a clamp tightened. They wanted over 900.00 for that. Please be careful if you go there get a seconf option. I dont usually do this but I felt people need to know about this ripoff shop.

Great place to go, the people there are very friendly, and they will give you options, I Highly recommend this shop,
