I called to have them come check out my washer and was told they would order a new tube that same day. A feww weeks past with no word.I called to find out when it would arrive and they hadn't even ordered the tub for the washerso they said it would take about 5-7 days for it to come in. Once it came in they said they would be here today between 9-11 a.m it's 1pm and I haven't heard anything. . Very unprofessional if they can't make it they could at least give me a call and let me know. I've waited a month for my washer to be fixed.
