Had an issue with system going into failure mode. Called and technician came recognized Carrier Infinity system and declared he was sent to school but did not know how to get error codes .I showed him but he had no knowledge of how to interpret the error codes. Looked at codes and stated since we were not having issues at that time he would check with his boss Willie and let overnight tech know of potential problem. As the tech left he said we would not be billed but we received a service bill. Called spoke with office manager and service manager Willie but got nothing but run around . Apparently they do not read or believe their own mission statement or values with respect to customers. After an 8.5 year relationship we will no longer consider Air Tech for any heating or a/c needs as they have broken their trust as well as forgotten their values of looking at things from a customer viewpoint.
Disappointed with service

We had trouble from day one of installation. Airtech would not answer calls and wound up refusing to come out and see the problem. We called the manufacturer and they said they could not do anything but reccomend another installer. I have since used another local installer to finish the job and have been very happy with them. Do not use Airtech.
