Aire Expresso was founded in the spring of 2003. I had worked for a few different HVAC contractors, but became dissatisfied for various reasons. I had the desire to start my own company, but looking through the Yellow Pages told me this market had a lot of competition. How could I make my company stand out? Having worked for other companies I realized there was something lacking in their way of doing business. I believe reliability is the number one characteristic needed for success in this field. I decided to base my company on three goals:

1. Answer the phone. Simple, but key to running a business.
2. Be on time. If I tell a customer I will be there at a specific time, I will be there at that time or notify them of any delay.
3. Do a good, thorough service. Make quality the standard.

By following these three simple "rules" I soon had phones ringing non-stop. Even though my business has grown, I still believe in following these rules. In so doing I feel I have made my company stand out from others in the field.
