I wish I could give a better review, but it would take actually receiving the scheduled service in order to properly review the services Air Duct Medic / Duct Doctor offers. I've scheduled the service twice, and, both times, the owner called me back to cancel. I guess they get one star for calling to cancel instead o leaving me hanging totally, but they cancelled just a little before the scheduled time, so I missed work each time. They say the 3rd time's a charm, but I'm too annoyed tto find out.

I can't say enough about this company. I had a freak sewer leak breach my under-slab vent system. Add to that, we had a furnace dripping in strange places and it was a very long summer! The folks at Air Duct Medic were able to help diagnose the problem, come up with a mitigation plan, and were patient as the furnace leak delayed completion several times. They were always professional, friendly, and helpful. They explained their process and served as liaison with the furnace company and helped to make the process move to completion. These guys are great and are top notch in my book.

Exceptional service! They get the job done right the first time! Great Pricing and friendly employees!! I noticed a huge difference in air flow and quality after they came! I would recommend them to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned!
